- Mr. Adebutu is an established business man and visionary, and sits at the head of affairs as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Petrolex Oil and Gas, and all its subsidiaries including Bluebridge Marine Services Ltd. and Oladiran Engineering & Trade Ltd. A graduate of the University of Ibadan, his key strengths are in the areas of Industry Strategy, Technology, Profitability and Capitalization; and he has an extensive knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.
Mr Adebutu also runs Oladiran Olusegun Adebutu (OOA) Foundation.
Olukayode Kayoko Adelaja

- Kayoko acquired a BSc in Building from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1992, and has since then garnered over 21 years’ experience in the Construction, Engineering Fabrication and Automaton/Telemetry industries, during which time he has been involved in numerous local and international projects.

She began her career at the Lagos Business School as a Research Analyst, after which she veered into banking for a period of 10 years; working with Citibank Nigeria and FCMB Plc.
Lilian Ezeilo

She has a combined experience of about 12 years in law practice, oil sector (downstream/upstream) and maritime businesses
Yewande Oshile

- Yewande received an LL.B Hons in 2002 from the University of Ibadan, and following her 2004 admission to the Nigerian Bar, obtained an LL.M from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland in 2009. Her experience in commercial law practice was garnered working with firms such as Aluko & Oyebode, Yemi Ajayi & Co. Chief M.L. Lagunju & Co. and in corporate law working with Hensmor Nigeria Limited and Skye Bank.
